The top trailers might not surprise you, but did you think that Fifty Shades of Grey would get the number 1 spot on this list? According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 4-month gap between this sexy new film was a huge help in topping the number 2 trailer, Star Wars: The Force Awakens. This was easily the most talked about movie trailer, but its recent premiere date means it doesn't get to enjoy being the most viewed movie preview of 2014.

Fifty Shades of Grey has reached 93 million views on YouTube, with Episode VII trailing with 81 million.

Not surprisingly, Avengers: Age of Ultron's trailer came in third place this year. The new Marvel flick's teaser garnered around 78 million views, beating out Jurassic World's 64 million.

Just to top off this short list of trailers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' trailer received 58 million YouTube views, landing in 5th place on this tremendous list.

This list was compiled by Zefr, according to Newsarama, and below is the top 20 list of most viewed trailers of 2014.
