It's Over! 'Why Did I Get Married' Star Tasha Smith Files For Divorce But Has To Pay Her Estranged Husband, Keith Douglas $50k In Spousal Support [DETAILS]

It seems like Tasha Smith may ask herself, "Why Did I Get Married," after filing for divorce. MStars News has learned that the star of Tyler Perry's hit film, Why Did I Get Married, and TV shows has filed for divorce from her estranged husband, Keith Douglas.

MStars News previously reported that the couple's marriage had been on the rocks as both Tasha and Keith claimed spousal abuse against each other.

According to Madame Noire, Smith has decided to put an end to her marriage drama and will have to pay her husband, $50,000 in spousal support, because she is the household maker of the two.

Thank god their aren't any children involved because we are sure Tasha would have to pay child's support as well, and go through an ugly custody battle.

According to TMZ, Tasha's payment is to be made upfront to help hold Douglas over until a permanent support order has been reached.

MStars News has also learned that the couple is expected to be back in court, next month for their restraining orders filed against each other. Both parties claimed that their spouse was threatening to kill each other.

We previosly reported that Tasha was order to remain 2 yards away from Douglas while living in the same house. One week later Tasha filed the same documents against her former manager, her estranged husband, and soon-to-be ex, Douglas.

Smith was previously on The Real where she seemed to be all smiles, not letting her troubles at home get the best of her.

Smith was also previously seen with friend and fellow actress Tisha Campbell Martin, outside of the Van Nuys Court when Tasha filed a restraining order against Douglas.

Smith and Douglas were married for 4 years. Tasha seems to be keeping it together despite her recent family drama. In the photo below, Smith is seen with her longtime "BFF" Tisha Campbell Martin.

Tasha seems to also have a huge support team not only in Campbell, but more of her girlfriends.
