One Direction has some of the most die hard fans all over the world, but did you know that Big Eyes and American Hustle actress Amy Adams is one of the biggest Directioners out there? Well, according to these new promos for this weekend's Saturday Night Live Christmas episode, Adams can't contain herself at the thought of seeing Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Liam Payne during this weekend's live SNL show. Also, cast member Taran Killam can't seem to get past the wonder of the NYC Christmas tree, as he constantly finds himself uncontrollably proposing to this week's host! Amy and Taran introduce this week's show in some very funny, Christmas centric promos for SNL, but the best segment is when the Golden Globe winner pretty much loses it when she realizes One Direction is performing on the show.

Just like any 1D fan out there, she can't seem to control herself, going wild at the mention of Harry and Louis' names, even getting her hands on some props to show her excitement.

Adams' next film, Big Eyes, hits theaters this Christmas. Directed by Tim Burton and costarring Christoph Waltz, this movie tells the story of artist Margaret Keane, whose husband, Walter, took credit for her unique paintings featuring subjects with large eyes. Considered a huge success in the art world, Walter refuses to reveal the truth about the actual artist, saying it would ruin them both.

For her portrayal in the film, Adams has received a Golden Globe nomination and some Oscar buzz as well.
