Lucy Hale Road Between Tour Cancelled, 'Pretty Little Liars' Star Postpones First Headlining Gig - What Was The Reason?

One of our favorite 25-year-old singers has just announced that she is canceling her upcoming tour. The Pretty Little Liars star turned breakout country music artist, Lucy Hale, announced a 7-date east coast tour for her album, Road Between, earlier this month, but now it looks like the star is stopping at a red light for the time being. Unfortunately, Hale is facing a pretty serious strain on her vocal chords, and to prevent future damage she has decided to put her musical endeavor on hold for now.

The singer took to her Instagram account to let her fans know that she was deeply affected by the decision that she had to cancel the show.

"Words can't describe how disappointed I am for having to cancel something we were looking forward to," the singer expressed in an image note on her page. "Your support of my music has made me so happy and you'll never know how grateful I am for you," the star posted on the social media site. "I am going to follow through and take the advice not to embark on the tour at this time to prevent further damage. I love you all and thank you for your understanding."

According to E! News, Hale was set to hit the road in January for seven shows in cities on the East Coast including Boston, New York and Philadelphia. It is unknown at this time if the starlet will tour later on in the year.

We guess for the time being, we will just have to tune into Pretty Little Liars this winter to get our Lucy fix.
