Summer is definitely over and before September even manages to come into the picture, a few celebrities still have a few summer-induced problems to deal with. One couple that has gotten into a bit of a run-in with the paparazzi last summer has been called in for questioning. Sounds like the "Jelena" duo are in trouble.

Given it is September here's something to refresh the memories of a few. Justin Bieber had a little bit of a paparazzi problem last May 28, 2012. During a date with Selena Gomez at Calabasas, California, Bieber and Gomez had a bit of a problem with the paparazzi.

Canadian crooner, Justin Bieber had lost his cool that day and had allegedly brawled with the said photographer. Selena Gomez, who was present during the altercation, had subdued the then hot-headed Bieber and the couple had managed to leave the scene before paramedics and the police were alerted.

The photographer who had complained of being hit by Bieber was taken to the hospital. Immediately after, the said paparazzi named Jose Sarros had filed a report against the 18-year old singer. The case had been sent out to Los Angeles District Attorney Office for review. Now, over three months of complaints and reports, both Selena and Justin have been called in for questioning. According to TMZ, the cops had already contacted the "Boyfriend" singer along with Selena Gomez but no word yet as to both stars' replies.

Well, whatever does happen between the police and the "Jelena" duo, their impressive fan base are surely there to support them. During the height of the paparazzi incident in May, both Selena and Justin had their fans to thank for their immense support. Justin had taken to Twitter to thank his fans while Selena had posted her gratitude through Facebook.

"My fans have always been there. from day 1. they are there for me thru everything," tweeted Bieber, adding, "They lift me up. so...im there for them. always.#FACT"

"THANKS YOU SO MUCH to my fans for always protecting me and being there for me. I can't thank you guys enough. I'm sorry I had to rush out. Love you guys," posted Selena Gomez on her official Facebook page.
