Khloé Kardashian, Lamar Odom Divorce Not Happening: 'KUWTK' And Former L.A. Laker Case Getting Thrown Out?

Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom might be pumping the breaks on their divorce. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and the former Los Angeles Laker player are getting pretty close to their divorce being thrown out by the courts. While the couple filed back in 2013, it doesn't seem like they have made any progress on their uncoupling. In fact, it seems Khloé might be rethinking her decision to drop the Odom from her name.

While the couple filled more than a year ago, it seems they are at a stalemate in the proceedings as the divorce is looking to be thrown out by the judge.

Radar Online is reporting that if Khloé doesn't do anything, then the paperwork will be dismissed. But it seems Kardashian is reluctant to do anything after what Lamar put her through.

"Even after all of the heartbreak Lamar has caused Khloé, there is a hesitation on her part to do anything," the insider explained. "If nothing is done in the next 45 days, it will be dismissed by the judge."

And it seems like Khloé doesn't want to do anything about it, as she posted a pretty heartfelt picture to her Instagram account regarding her relationship with Odom.

The star took to her Instagram account to reveal that she was still thinking about Lamar as she posted a quote picture that said, "Some days the memories still knock the wind out of me..."

She captioned the black and white photo with the words, "I'll never let go of the memories."

Khloé spoke to Radar about her marriage with Odom, saying, "If I had my way I would still be married to Lamar. Even right now today I wish I was still married to him."
