Beyonce Turns 31, Birthday Girl Receives Handwritten Notes From Celeb and Friends

Beyonce turned 31 today.  Celeb friends including Gwenyth Paltrow and Michelle Williams took to her website to give handwritten notes to wish the superstar a Happy Birthday.  There are high expectations on what Jay-Z would prepare for the love of his life.

Beyonce's website read, "Happy 31st Birthday Bey.  Beyonce.com has been taken over by your family & friends! Happy Happy Birthday! We love you!"

Paltrow wrote, "For dear sweet BB on the occasion of her 31st birthday... We love you so very much. Love, Gwyneth, Chris, Apply and Moses."

Jay-Z's mother, Mama Carter wrote, You came into my life a sweet Southern girl.  (LOL) You've blossomed into an amazing woman.  I admire how you remain grounded and humble, and haven't let success change the person that you are."

Beyonce's mom wrote a sweet message, "God blessed me with one of the greatest gifts in my life on Sept. 4, 1981.  Happy Birthday.  Love mom."

Though Beyonce hardly uses Twitter, celebs and fans took to their accounts to wish the Grammy award winning singer a happy birthday.

Justin Bieber wrote, "oooohh yeah. HAPPY BIRTHDAY BEYONCE!"  It was retweeted nearly 46,000 times.
