Looks like someone forgot to wear their PJ's for Christmas! MStars News is laughing at the new photos that Olympian swimmer, Michael Phelps decided to share with social media followers over the weekend. In the photo above, Phelps wrote: "Yep.... I forgot my pjs for the pjs party.... Oops #gfore #aquasphere," as he posed for the camera alongside his girlfriend, Miss California 2010, Nicole Johnson and family.

Just a few months ago, we learned that Phelps entered rehab after he was arrested for a DUI. At that time, rumors started going around that Phelps may have been drinking after he found out he was dating a woman who was born a man.

According to Hollywood Life, Taylor Lianne Chandler, 41, was born "intersex" and was a man known as David Roy Fitch before changing into a woman.

But if you asked Chandler herself, she explained it this way:

"I was not born a male," Chandler says, "If they wanted to report I was born and assigned the name David Roy Fitch, I could've lived with it. It wouldn't have been my favorite choice. But in this business, they're trying to get traffic, so I understand."

Taylor’s Facebook profile states, “Taylor Lianne Chandler’s life changed on September 30 when her relationship with Michael Phelps, was made public.”

Taylor told Radar Online, “I was born with male genitalia with no testicles, but I also have a uterus and no ovaries." She included, “I was never a man, never lived as a man. No one can say they knew me as a man or produce a photo of me as a man,” during a Facebook post.

It seems that Taylor didn't like to face that her man as moved on. She uploaded the article that the Daily Mail wrote and added her own words, "I will be tied to this man forever! I guess there are worse men to be tied too."

But it seems Taylor's words are no longer bothering the swimmer and his new girl, as they share an intimate black and white photo seen below.

Taylor claims that she has been losing weight due to all the drama. In the photo below, Taylor wrote: "This is what the stress of dating an Olympian does. It makes you deathly skinny. Left 9/29 size 6, 11/6 size 2, 12/14 size 0 Gaining it back is hard."
