Could a possible split between Adele and her boyfriend Simon Konecki be what is delaying her much-anticipated album, 25? The star, who has been taking a break from the music scene since she released her second album, 21, has waited a few years to put out a follow up. While vocal strain and smoking rumors have been floating around regarding the delay, it now seems that a spit with her BF could also have derailed the project.
British publication, The Sun was the first to report on the splits rumors, claiming that it was happening because the singer and the father of her two-year-old son, Angelo, weren't spending much time with each other.

"They've not spent any real time together in the past two months," the insider revealed. "Adele spends time with her mum Penny and friends in London while Simon is nearly two hours and 60 miles away. One of the last times they were seen in public ended in her heading home alone after an argument."
However, despite the claims, it looks like Adele is putting the rumors to bed once and for all, taking to her Twitter to address the reports.

The couple began dating back at the beginning of January in 2012 and welcomed their son together a few short months later in October of the same year.
