CBS' Scorpion has aired just a handful of episodes in its first season and after a rough start, the series seems to have found its footing and has been delivering some solid episodes. The show's return date has now been revealed, so read on to find out when you can expect new episodes about Walter O'Brien and his team.

Scorpion returns with all new episodes on Monday, January 5 at 9 p.m. Eastern.

When the show does come back, Camile Guaty will be there in a recurring role as Walter O'Brien's sister, Megan. Guaty has appeared multiple times on the show in the first part of Season 1, but now it appears she will show up more frequently. The "Ask Ausiello" column at TVLine has the details.

"Question: I need info on Scorpion. Namely, is Camille Guaty/'Megan' going to be pretty much a regular for the immediate future? -Justin
Ausiello: A show rep confirms that the Prison Break alumna is now in fact recurring on the freshman CBS drama. As such, you should see Walter and Sylvester's confidante again sometime soon."

In case you missed it, here's some of what we had to say about the most recent episode:

Scorpion aired its final episode of 2014, entitled "Dominoes," last week, and the Christmas-themed episode brought some true horrors for Walter O'Brien and his team when a little boy got trapped under some collapsed rocks at the beach. The tense plot brought bubbling emotions to the surface and transformed several of the characters.

The plot of the episode was thrilling and terrifying, as a 10-year-old boy, Noah, got trapped in a cave-in at the beach and was only minutes away from drowning. Walter and the team raced into action, but each step they took presented a new series of problems. They would clear out one rock, but another would collapse. They'd get the child a breathing apparatus, but a rock would pinch the tube and stop it from working. Walter would go down into the hole to get him out, but the rocks would start to cave in again. Every scene left you to wonder if and how the team of geniuses would solve this problem.
