What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas - but not for Prince Harry. And he can mostly thank the blonde, self-proclaimed "party girl" Carrie Reichert for that. She is the woman who came forward to describe her "wild Vegas" party night with the British royal (supported by the rather 'revealing' naked pics of Harry publicized earlier this summer). While Harry and his reps deny all of Reichert's juicy details about that infamous Vegas night, looks like the 40-year-old (who posed as a 32-year-old) is in deeper trouble in regards to lying about something much more serious -  passing bad checks.

Here's the lowdown on Reichert's Vegas story - she was one of ten women approached by Harry's entourage and asked if she'd like to party with the Prince back at his VIP hotel suite. According to Reichert, up in the hotel room the music was blaring and alcohol constantly flowing, and apparently "Harry was already undressed. It was just crazy. He looked actually delirious."

Reichert goes on to tell The Mirror and People, "It was just sexy naked. It was like almost a game. He was trying to get everybody to get naked. That was the whole point of him being naked... He was a gentleman, but he was so wasted. The alcohol affected him. I was there for 15 to 20 minutes. We kissed, he was naked at the time, and pretty open. It wasn't romantic, just fun."

The British-born Reichert was said to have considered herself an "American cougar" after her supposed "romp" with Prince Harry.

While Reichert has just entered the "celebrity" gossip spotlight, it looks like the Harrison County, Mississippi police department has had its eye on her name for quite some time. The beautician was taken into custody on Aug. 24 in San Diego when she attempted to board a plane to Mexico. According to reports, she is being charged with offences linked to writing bad checks (starting back in 2003) that amounted to a grand total of $21,672. According to the Daily News, Reichert was promptly arrested on a felony warrant is now being held at a California detention center and may face up to a year in jail for fraud.
