After Marvel released a tiny-sized poster and human-sized trailers, Entertainment Weekly has released official images for Marvel's Ant-Man. While audiences are anxiously awaiting to see the official trailer during season premiere of Marvel's Agent Carter, actor Paul Rudd (Scott Lang) is already in his superhero costume.

According to Entertainment Weekly, readers will get the lowdown on actor Corey Stoll (The Strain)'s dark turn as the super villain, Darren Cross, also known as Yellowjacket. The Clueless actor will also describe the comic book flick's "mind-blowing" shrinking sequences.

Just like in the comics, Rudd is wearing the traditional red and black outfit. His mask has now been turned into advanced helmet. Based on the footage in the trailer, his character, Scott, has been in one too many fights in prison, leaving stitches and bruises on his face.

We previously mentioned, Scott Lang (Rudd) is an ex-con and a thief who meets Dr. Hank Pym (Douglas), a brilliant scientist. His latest invention allows a man to shrink down to the size of an ant and increase his strength proportionally. Pym becomes a mentor to Lang, but Darren Cross aka Yellowjacket (Corey Stoll) wants the secret to Pym's technology for his own purposes.

We also mentioned, writer Nick Spencer (Superior Foes of Spider-Man) and artist Ramon Rosanas (Night of the Living Deadpool) have joined together for the all new series, Ant-Man #1. Hank Pym holds the key to defeating an unstoppable adversary in the original graphic novel, Avengers: Rage of Ultron. Critically acclaimed crime novelist Jason Starr will debut con artist Scott Lang in his own prose novel, Ant-Man: Natural Enemy.

Entertainment Weekly has released an official image of Paul Rudd as Ant-Man. Readers, are you excited to see Ant-Man in theaters on July 17?
