'Marvel's Agent Carter' Recap: Hayley Atwell's Peggy Carter Seeks Revenge In 'Bridge And Tunnel!' [Part 2]

ABC continues with the special event with another exciting episode of Marvel's Agent Carter. Wanting revenge for the death of her roommate, Colleen (Ashley Hinshaw), Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) meets with the vicious killer himself in Bridge and Tunnel. 

While the hired assassin, who murdered Peggy's roommate, follows his orders and murders  everyone in is path, Peggy follows up with a lead. Dressed as a health inspector, Peggy checks into every milk truck, searching for a hint of radiation. 

Peggy discovers one of the milk trucks is missing from the manifest. Though she has the name of the driver, she will have to start looking for an address. While Edwin Jarvis(James D'Arcy) searches for an address, Peggy has to deal with problems at work.

Daniel (Enver Gjokaj)'s camera has photographs that puts her at the crime scene. With the drawer locked, Peggy attempts to break into his desk while Daniel is away. Just as she is about to pick the lock, the phone rings and it's unfortunately for her.

Investigating the explosion at the Roxxon refinery, her boss, Roger (Shea Whigham), needs Peggy to investigate the crew of millionaire Hugh Jones (Ray Wise). After Howard Stark slept with his wife, Hugh thinks the wanted man is trying to destroy his property. Hugh doesn't realize there is a mole within his crew. 

After Peggy spots the scientist she blinded at the refinery, the fugitive attempts to make a run for it. While Roger chases after the running fugitive, Peggy calmly walks down the stairwell and singlehandedly catches her target. 

Roger interrogates the scientist in handcuffs, promising a lighter sentence. He wants the big fish, a name that could lead him to a shark. Unfortunately, the scientist doesn't want to talk, which leads to Jack (Chad Michael Murray) beating the crap out of him. 

While the scientist spills his guts to Roger and Jack, Jarvis and Carter head to the address of the milk truck driver. Peggy beats up and breaks the bones of the fat man, who tried to shoot her with a shotgun. After handcuffing the fat man to a chair, Peggy stops the second scientist from fleeing.

The second scientist drives them unto the road, which leads to another encounter with the hired assassin.  Wanting revenge for her roommate's death, Peggy fights with the assassin on the truck's roof. The scientist ends up getting shot and steering the milk truck into the ocean. 

Peggy blows up the milk truck with the hired assassin in it. Roger and his SSR team are in awe of the massive explosion in the ocean. Before he could finish drawing the symbol in the sand, the scientist dies from his bullet wound. 

After stitching up her wounded leg, Jarvis reminds Peggy how she used to be Steve Rogers' moral guidance. After Daniel discovers the photos of the mysterious blonde woman doesn't have a face, he promises to find out who she really is. While Peggy finds an apartment with Angie (Lyndsy Fonseca), Ray (Kyle Bornheimer) discovers a major clue from the refinery wreckage that could lead back to her. 

Peggy Carter has to be more careful with the SSR team chasing after her in Marvel's Agent Carter. Readers, what did you think of Bridge and Tunnel?
