Now that the secret's out, Little Women: LA couple, Terra Jole and Joe Gnoffo, are starting to prepare for the arrival of their little one who is set to make its debut into the world sometime this year by shopping and getting their first ultrasound.

MStars News has been keeping fans of the hit Lifetime show updated minute by minute as we get more details in regards to Terra's first pregnancy.

We first learned that Terra was pregnant when she revealed the news to co-star and friend, Elena Gant, telling Joe, the father of her child, next and then finally, her other co-stars and friends.

Now it's time for the couple to get started with items for their unborn child.

In next week's season 2 episode, Terra and Joe will face some difficult times shopping for baby equipment that can be used for little people, such as themselves.

In the adorable clip below, Joe says, "We're having a baby."

"This is like the perfect height for me," Jole says as the couple test out a stroller for their future baby. Joe jokes, "we'll take three of these," as the next clip rolls.

Fans will get to see the couple's first ultrasound, as the mother-to-be says, "Joe, and I both being little people, it is extremely nerve wracking for me because we have extra concerns."

"I will still love that kid, no matter what," Joe says, as Terra stresses herself out. "I just want a healthy baby," Terra replies.

Things take a left turn as the doctor reveals, "We found something wrong, that can be really serious...I don't think it can survive" their doctor says.

Terra ends the anticipated episode with, "OK, where do I go from here?"

Stay tuned, this will be on scary, rocky season for this couple as they bring a little one into the world.
