After months and months of teasing, ABC finally aired the season premiere of Marvel's Agent Carter. After making her way from the big screen of Captain America: The First Avenger to her own television debut will Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) face a "bad monster" from Howard Stark (Dominic Cooper)?

In our first recap, Peggy was seen as a hero when she fought bravely in World War II, but her co-workers at the Strategic Scientific Reserve think she's a complete joke. Framed for crimes he didn't commit, Howard needs Peggy to clear his name after his inventions, which he calls "bad babies" have been stolen. The search for a glowing bomb leads to the death of Peggy's roommate and a warning from the Leviathan.

In our second recap, Peggy searched for the assassin who murdered her roommate. The killer and Peggy fought on top of a moving truck rigged to explode. Peggy got her revenge but the deadly confrontation might lead the SSR team closer to her, after they discovered a certain clue from a previous wreckage.

Check out what Twitter had to say about the season premiere too.

In an interview with TV Line, Atwell reveals what kind of invention she will face in an upcoming episode, "It's not so much a 'bad baby' as a bad monster. Yeah, 'babies' is a soft, misguided term!"

The Captain America: Winter Solider actress explains her first season will not be a case-of-the week type of show, "It's not like, 'Let's find this 'bad baby,' now let's find that 'bad baby.' It goes to a much deeper, darker place. I was absolutely shocked and delighted when I started to read the later episodes and see the direction we're going in."
