Kid Cudi vs. Lupe Fiasco Twitter Feud: Rapper Slams 'Black Artists' After Michael Brown/Ferguson Shooting Controversy, Sparks 'Shut Up Fake A$$' Beef, 'Poop Dweeb'

Rapper Lupe Fiasco is rather outspoken on Twitter, and recently indulged in several social media "feuds" with fellow musicians. This time around, Fiasco blasted "Pursuit Of Happiness" superstar Kid Cudi as a "fake a$$ hater." Well, Cudi found that remark sort of entertaining...

The "Day 'n' Nite" hip-hopper initially ignited Fiasco's anger with these tweets (posted on Saturday, January 10):

@KidCudi: "Dear black artists, dont talk down on the black community like you are Gods gift to niggaz everywhere."

@KidCudi: "If you wanna help, inspire, uplift, don't point the blame and talk down."

Cudi's likely referring to the racial tensions in Ferguson, Missouri after the controversial shooting of Michael Brown. Back in November, a Grand Jury decided not to indict Darren Wilson, the officer who shot and killed the African American teen.

Well, the "Battle Scars" emcee has an opinion on Cudi's choice of words, too:

@LupeFiasco: "Shut up... FOH @KidCudi."

And that was just the start of it.

@LupeFiasco: "How about you stop sh*tting on the people who really cared about your well being when this biz was ripping you apart. Fake a$$ @KidCudi... It's absurd."

Fiasco then went off on this tangent:

@LupeFiasco: "N*ggaz be invalid because they don't really mean what they say. I hate n*ggaz that are disloyal at they core then flex like they Gandhi FOH."

Cudi's response was a bit more light and peaceful. Well, sort of:

@KidCudi: "Uh oh we got em mad!!! Hahaha."

@KidCudi: "My comments come from a place of love. Sorry if I offended anyone, except Poopé Fiasco. F*ck that n*ggaz feelings haha dweeb."

Fighting words!

He eventually signed-off with:

@KidCudi: "On Arsenio I didn't critique the black community, I critiqued subject matter in Hip Hop. Big difference k guys?"

@KidCudi: "Glad we got that cleared up :)."

But Fiasco still got the final say:

@LupeFiasco: "Never forget. Real n*ggaz will never let you."

@LupeFiasco: "Hahahaha... when they block you you know it's real. still trying 2 catch that private time with you though from the first bullsh*t you popped."

@LupeFiasco: "Lemme know Cudder... hahahaha fake a$$ n*gga."

Thankfully, things later simmered-down. Cudi's since moved-on:

@KidCudi: "For them n*ggaz catchin feelings... Love always, even for these knuckleheads... Up!! I can tell when people hatin' on me on the lowskey."

And Fiasco's now dealing with other issues...
