Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder might have only been dating for a couple months but the two lovebirds are already thinking of getting into bed with each other. No, not like that, they are actually thinking of starting on a business endeavor with each other. The Vampire Diaries star and his Twilight beauty of a girlfriend appeared together at the InStyle Golden Globes party, which marked one of their first times hitting the red carpet together, but it wasn't this rare public appearance that got everyone talking, but rather what Ian explained of the pair's new project.
According to E! News, the two are thinking of going behind-the-scenes together on some new TV and film projects.
"Nikki and I are starting a production company and we're going to be able to tell even more stories that we really want to tell, everything from documentaries to TV shows to movies ... all that kind of stuff," Ian explained.
In the clip, Somerhalder added, "Having the success of a television show like [Vampire Diaries] really allows you to be able ... now I get to start spreading my creative wings as well."
Nikki Reed is no stranger to combining her love life with her passions as her and her now ex-husband and American Idol alum Paul McDonald worked on music together before calling it quits, according to Rolling Stone.
And it seems that Ian and Nikki are great together as the TVD star also explained that Nikki helped him get dressed for the Golden Globes after-party.
"He was really busy and sometimes a woman has to step up and just pull it together somehow," Nikki explained of the outfit. "So he's in this beautiful Dior suit."
If there film projects look as good as they do on the red carpet together, we will be watching all of them.
