Ellen DeGeneres is HAPPY. Can't that be enough?

The beloved television host just praised her same-sex marriage on a recent episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show. See?

So - why would divorce even be an issue?

Well, according to the seedy gossip webloid InTouch, DeGeneres still "fears" that she's simply not good enough for the stunning Australian actress, Portia de Rossi. Apparently, DeGeneres' insecurities are putting a huge strain on their relationship. An alleged insider reveals that despite appearing content on the outside, the couple's in a major emotional crisis:

"They're always trying to downplay their problems, but privately they're still arguing over everything... Ellen's decide to stop going to marriage counseling. She thought it was too time-consuming and a waste."

The snitch continues with these shady claims:

"Ellen is so insecure. She's terrified Portia is going to meet someone younger and prettier. She's not just worried about Portia meeting another woman, either. Her biggest fear is that Portia will go back to men... [Her] angst has turned up the volume on Ellen's smothering behavior."

Really!? Come on now - de Rossi is NOT interested in pursuing a sexy "fling" with a man. She's simply not into that!

Sometimes such over-sensationalized gossip is purely comical. Like those rumors that the two were expecting a child together (another reason their relationship was struggling).

Anyway, another "legit" source for GossipCop insists that this current story is "stupid" and "totally false." Easy enough to believe.

Does this look like an unhappy Hollywood duo?

If so, they definitely hide such marital problems extremely well!
