Everyone take cover because there is another strange weather pattern coming for you. The folks behind Sharknado and Sharknado 2: The Second One are manufacturing another made up storm for a third sequel. That's right, another tornado filled with sharks is headed our way. However, there is some good news for fans as Tara Reid and Ian Ziering are both on hand to put a stop to the storm before it can wreak too much havoc.

The Syfy network announced the news ealier today, according to E! News, and they revealed that not only will the two stars of the franchise return for the third installment, but that it will be directed by Anthony C. Ferrante and written by Thunder Leving yet again.

The TV movie is expected to hit TV screens in the summer as a July airdate is tentative.

It seems like the idea for a third movie was a no-brainer for the network as the second flick broke the record for the most watched original movie on the channel, drawing in 3.9 million viewers, according to E! News.

The cast list for the sequel has only confirmed that the leads, Tara Reid and Ian Ziering, will be returning. However, the second film had a pretty star studded cast including Vivica A. Fox, Kelly Ripa, Michael Strahan, Matt Lauer, Billy Ray Cyrus and Kelly Osbourne.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the flick will see the sharknado taking on Washington D.C. and creating chaos down the east coast.
