‘Lara Croft And The Temple Of Osiris' DLC Features Tomb Raider's New 'Icy Death Pack!' [WATCH]

Developer Crystal Dynamics has released their latest DLC pack for the gun-toting Tomb Raider herself. In the exciting adventure game, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, there will be new content drop, which includes more weapons and skins for gamers, in the Icy Death Pack.

According to the official website, the story takes place in the Temple of Osiris, hidden deep in the deserts of Egypt. Lara Croft arrives with her rival treasure hunter, Carter Bell, at the temple. Beaten to the finish line, Croft is unable to stop Carter from removing the Staff of Osiris from its resting place.

Unfortunately, Carter has unleashed the evil god, Set, from his ancient prison. With the help of the gods Horus and Isis, the son and wife of Osiris. Lara and Carter have to work together to resurrect Osiris, the only powerful being capable of stopping Set. Racing across the sands and ancient tombs, the group faces gods and monsters of myths and legends. With the fate of the world at stake, if the gamer loser, then Set enslave the rest of mankind.

IGN reports there is a new DLC pack for the action-puzzler adventure game. The downloadable content comes with a new tomb, new weapons and equipment, plus a new skin for Croft herself. There will be more content available, including a whole new tomb, sometime in early February.

In the third developer diary, the narrator states, "We wanted to create an in-game system that would keep fans and community challenged well after launch. The team came up with a system to reward the community for completing certain challenges."
