Based on the popular crime novels by the late author Elmore Leonard, the final Season 6 season of Justified begins on FX. With their ultimate showdown coming up, will Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) and Boyd Crowder (Walton Goggins) discover 'Fate's Right Hand?'

As we previously mentioned, in the fifth season finale, Raylan (Olyphant) was just about ready to leave Harlan County to visit his wife and baby daughter. But when he heard Boyd had teamed up with mob boss, Katherine Hale (Mary Steenburgen), Raylan wanted nothing more than to finally bring him in to justice. In the shocking cliffhanger, we discover Ava (Joelle Carter) is now an undercover crime informant for Raylan and will snitch on Boyd.

We mentioned before, Winona Hawkins (Natalie Zea) returns for the show's final sendoff. In the season premiere, viewers will see Winona and the baby, Willa, through video chats from Florida. Also, Raylan (Olyphant) ends up in Mexico, where his rank and badge doesn't matter across the border. Expect a big surprise that will make you jump out of your seat!

Creator/showrunner Graham Yost teases to TV Line how Ava's undercover stint takes a toll on her mentally and physically, "So she's in a real jackpot, and that's always fun to write, especially when you have Joelle Carter playing the part. I was just remarking to her, having watched, at that point, the first four episodes or so, what a great job she's doing this season, and it's a little bit like saying to someone, 'Boy, you've really lost weight.' But it's just that now there's so much focus on Ava being in the fulcrum that it's really fun to see her work."
