Apparently, Detroit rapper Eminem's creativity just won't stop. Rumors now suggest that the infamous "Rap God" is ready to drop ANOTHER new album sometime this year. Fans can expect an exciting Roots announcment at the 2015 Grammy Awards on February 8.

Sorry - simply not true!

According to HipHopVibe.com contributor Fio Borrelli, Slim Shady is already working on a new "project" with a slew of legendary collaborators including Dr. Dre and Xzibit.

Pretty crazy stuff, considering MMLP2 just hit airwaves in November 2013 and the "Berzerk" emcee followed that up with the awesome compilation record entitled Shady XV (November 2014). So... what does that mean for Fall 2015?

Well, not much, actually...

Borrelli's shocking headline from Monday (January 19) reads, "Eminem working on new album, titled Roots, will make announcement at Grammys."

But according to Slim's dependable publicist Dennis Dennehy, loyal #Stans need to calm down. The hard-hitting lyricists does not plan on releasing more fresh beats anytime soon.

"Completely untrue," Dennehy confirmed in an email just sent to MLive.com. "There's no album announcement coming."

Still, such gossip is going viral all over the web (including Reddit). And of course, Twitter and social media's now abuzz:

@dhhtweet: "What Is Reality @Eminem About #Roots This Rumor's Killin Me! Please Eminem Share Some Details About It."

@benjy167: "Eminem's new album is called "Roots" he is collabing with xzibit and dre, I predict he collabs with @Pacewon, zee, d12, etc."

@shadyhouse19946: "Well there's no Eminem album called "Roots," but the drummer of The Roots has a birthday today. So HBD to @questlove!"

@KingImmy_: "ROOTS... really what a stupid name sort your life out @eminem @rosenberg."

@stan_girl_: "OMG they're rumors about Eminem's new album called 'Roots' *excited*."

But don't feel too disappointed with the bogus hype - Em still remains hard at work in the studio. Shady Records manager Paul Rosenberg once told MLive.com:

"He goes to the studio like most people go to the office... So five days a week, typically Monday through Friday, he'll be in the studio. It's not quite nine to five - the hours tend to be quite longer - but he's there everyday."

Stay tuned!

Of course, Mr. Marshall Mathers remains mum for now.
