The CW's Arrow returns with new episodes for Season 3 on Wednesday night, which means fans will finally learn what happens in the aftermath of Oliver Queen's apparent death at the hands of Ra's al Ghul.

One of the highlights of the first portion of the season was the crossover with The Flash. Since it aired, fans have been eagerly awaiting another opportunity for a crossover. We still don't know quite when it will happen, but star Stephen Amell offered his thoughts to Collider about another mixing of the two shows.

"I think that the cross-over was a new experience," he said. "I thought that they were two of the best scripts that either show has ever put forward. The logistical elements of it were something that we had to figure out, as we moved along, but I think that everybody did a great job, and that future cross-overs will be even bigger and better and smoother."

Meanwhile, Colton Haynes, who plays Roy aka Arsenal, spoke to Comic Book Resources and previewed his character's arc in the wake of Oliver's death when Arrow returns.

"[Arsenal's] still dealing -- he's not sure if he's pissed off that this happened," Haynes said. "He is very emotional when it comes to that because he lost a mentor and he lost a friend. And he really has to step up, and he isn't really ready to. So he's going on his own ventures, as it is, trying to figure out if anything that anyone's saying is true or not. It's almost like having too many cooks in the kitchen. It's a vote every time we have to do something, so that's kind of frustrating. And at the same time, no one really listens to each other. They all have their own ideas of how they want to do things. But it is nice because it creates a team with everybody, and everyone goes off the hinges once this happens. He is the linchpin of the entire show and the entire team, so once he's gone, everyone goes a little batsh*t crazy, yeah."
