Apparently, Cash Money Records CEO Bryan "Birdman" Williams is "furious" with Lil Wayne. The YMCMB rapper continues blasting his boss as fans continue wondering, "Where the hell is The Carter V!?"

Well, "sorry for the wait," but despite the new music delay Weezy definitely doesn't disappoint! The recent release of the rapper's new mixtape Sorry 4 The Wait 2 just went viral online, and Birdman is not pleased. Wonder why?

But according to TMZ "insiders," Birdman still won't cave. In fact, things are just getting worse, with no resolution in sight.

The hip-hop mogul feels "disresepected," and will NOT willingly release Weezy from his contract with Cash Money. Guess that means Wayne won't be ditching his "home" to join Master P's No Limit Records...

Anyway, Birdman's angry because the "How To Love" crooner is "trying to bail on a binding contract," and worst of all, he's threatening the stability of their longtime friendship (both in and out of the studio).

Don't get too emotional - if Weezy does threaten to sue, the "Tapout" emcee is ready to fight back in court. Wayne's new album will hit airwaves eventually, but only on Birdman's terms.

But Weezy's trying to forget about things, now that the Seattle Seahawks vs. New England Patriots Super Bowl is only a few days away.

According to AZCentral.com, the New Orleans native will host two exclusive parties both before and after the big game. On Friday (January 30), join Weezy at the "Pre Super Bowl Party" tent outside of Michael's Cafe in Phoenix. Then following the game on Sunday (February 1), Wayne will host Stilletoe Productions' "Young Money Super Bowl Gran Finale" at Oceans Seven in Scottsdale (again with star appearances).

Oh - and on Saturday, Nicki Minaj is in the area and will host her own gig at Oceans Seven called "Pink Print Saturday Party" ("the sexiest party in the city,"  according to eventbrite.com).

So... wonder how Birdman will celebrate the Bowl?

Kickoff will take place at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale at 6:30 pm EST on Sunday (February 1) - which is why these events are being hosted in Arizona.
