Lindsay Lohan Arrested 2012 Again: Hit And Run In Manhattan

Lindsay Lohan was arrested this morning (Sept. 19, 2012)  for a hit and run after she allegedly clipped a pedestrian in downtown Manhattan. According to TMZ, Lindsay was parking -at a very slow speed- by the Dream Hotel around 2AM, when her Porsche Cayenne hit the knee of a man.

Allegedly, Lohan's passengers got out of the car to check the car for damages and then they proceeded to walk into the hotel while someone called the police. Around 2:30AM, Lohan, -who did not appear under the influence at the time of the accident-  walked back out of the hotel and was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident, which is a misdemeanor. Lohan left the station with only a desk appearance and no bail.

Early this week, Lohan complained about Amanda Bynes not going to jail for her recent DUI. Lohan took to twitter to voice her opinion about Bynes saying, "Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has no punishment(s) so far?" According to TMZ, Bynes had texted a friend after finding out about Lohan's rant and said that she's never been arrested for drugs or chasing someone, and later commented, "I hate being compared to her."
