The CW's Arrow is in the midst of Season 3, and the members of Team Arrow are still reeling from the death of Oliver Queen at the hands of Ra's al Ghul. Of course they don't know Oliver is alive, but that's besides the point.

The pairing of Oliver and Felicity, affectionately known by fans as "Olicity," has been touched on in the first part of the third season, but the focus shifted toward Ra's al Ghul after that. Star Stephen Amell teased to E! Online that Olicity is still in the works, but that may not be a good thing.

"OlicityFans: Anything #Arrow #Olicity please

Chew on this nugget of Felicity and Oliver goodness. 'Oliver dreams about her,' Stephen Amell teases. But are they good dreams or nightmares? 'Maybe nightmares.' Hey, you said anything!"

In related news, a new international promo for the episode reveals an interesting secret about a character fans love to hate.

The promo, which you can view below, shows Chase the DJ speaking Japanese to Maseo and informing him that Malcolm Merlyn will not be leaving Starling City. Maseo then tells him that he will inform Ra's Al Ghul of the news.

It seems like this will be a packed episode despite the absence of Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell). Based on the description, Laurel suits up as the Black Canary, Roy and Diggle are in action, Ray helps the police battle Brick (guest starVinnie Jones) and Malcolm continues to scheme. Check out the description in full:

"SUIT UP - Arsenal (Colton Haynes) and Diggle (David Ramsey) confront Laurel (Katie Cassidy) about trying to step into her sister's shoes and warn her to stop before she gets herself killed. However, when Brick (guest star Vinnie Jones) kidnaps the city's Aldermen and threatens to kill them all unless the police evacuate The Glades, it's all suits on deck. Meanwhile, Ray (Brandon Routh) steps in to help Lance (Paul Blackthorne) and the police force fight Brick, showing Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) a new side of her boss. Malcom (John Barrowman) tells Thea (Willa Holland) that Ra's al Ghul (Matt Nable) is after him and his family and they must leave town immediately. Nick Copus directed the episode written by Wendy Mericle & Ben Sokolowski."
