Kathy Griffin No Makeup: Comedian Goes 'All Natural' on Run with Boyfriend Randy Bick

Comedienne Kathy Griffin proudly flaunted a smiling face in all of its no makeup glory while on a run Wednesday with hubby Randy Bick at Runyon Ranch in Los Angeles. The self-described "D-lister" looks almost unrecognizable compared to her typical "Hollywood starlet" getup, but it's nice to see her confidently rock the natural look without having to run under a nearby bush to hide from paparazzi. The "My Life on the D-List" star is merely enjoying a nice brisk afternoon walk with her boyfriend.

The 51-year-old outspoken reality star sported a blue workout get-up, highlighted by a "Jimmy Kimmel Live" t-shirt. Usually Griffin's makeup is done to perfection and her hair styled to a tee, so the photos snapped of her pale complexion mixed with a fire-y, out-of-control red do' made many fans have to do a double-take once the pics hit the web.

Now, on to Griffin's cute boy-toy, 33-year-old Randy Bick. Griffin attempted to keep her relationship on the down low, mostly because Bicks isn't really a Hollywood type of guy. Griffin recently told the Daily Mail, "I truly tried to keep [the relationship] under wraps. He's a really nice normal guy with a nice normal job who doesn't care for the spotlight, and I like it that way and he does too."

Well it's nice to see that the couple looks happy while staying healthy together, and that Bick isn't one to judge on women who go "au natural!"
