'Mob Wives' Fight VIDEO: Epic Karen Gravano vs. Natalie Guercio Brawl Makes Reality TV History, Bloody Hair-Pulling Sparks Twitter Mayhem [WATCH]

The pent-up hostility between "Mob Wives" Karen Gravano and Natalie Guercio came to a violent head on Wednesday evening's episode of the hit VH1 series (January 28). Things got so insane, some fans are deeming this physical confrontation the most epic brawl in reality television.

Gravano and Guercio have also had issues. They got together, hoping to talk and work things out. But that didn't happen...

Security tried to intervene, but the ladies wouldn't let that happen. The crazy girl fight included painful hair-pulling and even some bloodshed. As fellow "Mob Wife" Drita D'Avanzo explains:

"When people have a fight, you let them fight... Until somebody's f*cking jacked up and can't fight. That's how the fight ends."
