Father of 'Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars' Star Heidi Montag Arrested for Sexual Assault and Incest [DETAILS]

MStars News has learned that Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars cast member Heidi Montag's father Bill Montag has been arrested, is in custody and has been charged with several counts of child sexual assault and incest, according to court records filed in Arapahoe County, 9News reported.

The news site reported that Montag was arrested last week by Aspen police. There is a 29-page arrest affidavit that reveals years of abuse the father of the former Hills star allegedly performed on a girl starting when she was 13.

The abuse allegedly started in 1993 and continued until the victim was at least 17.

"Due to the statute of limitations, Montag is only eligible to be charged with crimes that occurred after July 1, 1996, when the victim would have been 16 years old," 9News claimed.

Court records show that the abuse started while Montag and his family lived in Frisco and showed that the abuse didn't stop after the family moved to another city.

According to AOL, a press release from the Aspen Police Department, revealed that Montag was "arrested and charged with three counts of sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust and one charge of aggravated incest. Both charges are class three felonies."

The unknown victim decided to reveal the abuse in order to protect other girls from falling victim to Montag.

Heidi and Holly, who is expecting her first child with her new husband, were not known victims of their father's abuse.

Their mother Darlene divorced Montag in 1990.

Also, 9News revealed that Montag was employed as an ski instructor for many years, including Aspen Valley Ski and Snowboard Club.

According to the Daily Beast, TMZ sources "who are very close to Heidi and [her husband] Spencer" claimed Montag's alleged victim has stalked the Pratts at public appearances. The site claimed Heidi and her husband Spencer Pratt are confident Montag will be cleared of the charges.
