Apparently Mila Kunis believes she has the right to marry former "That 70s Show" co-star Ashton Kutcher whenever she pleases - especially because his marriage with ex-flame Demi Moore was never officially made legal. So does that mean wedding bells are in the foreseeable future? Rumors have it that Kutcher has officially asked Kunis to move into his Hollywood Hills home with him, so looks like anything could happen at this point.

According to unnamed inside sources: "Mila's now saying she and Ashton want to marry and raise children, and she's assured stunned pals that he doesn't need a divorce from Demi because the two were never legally wed in a civil ceremony... They got 'hitched' in a symbolic Kabbalah ceremony."

It's true - Kutcher and Moore were "wed" by Rabbi Yehuda Berg, the co-director of the Kabbalah Center in Israel, in October 2010. There was never an official, civil ceremony of any kind. If the duo were never officially married, Kutcher would have the right to go off and do whatever he pleases regarding his romantic life.

Apparently Moore has delayed the process of filing for divorce paperwork - maybe that's because none truly exist? Either way, the relationship between Kunis and Kutcher seems to be heating up fast. The couple was recently spotted in New York City, getting cozy in Central Park and holding hands while carousing through the streets (not to mention exchanging a few lip-locks). No signs of a ring yet, so stay tuned!
