Whether or not you're a fan of Saturday Night Live, there's no doubt that the legendary late night sketch show has churned out some amazingly hilarious skits over their time on the air. And before the famed NBC series airs its 40th anniversary special this coming Sunday, Feb. 15, we at MStars News thought it'd be best to run down our top five favorite song parodies from recent Saturday Night Live history. With so many to choose from, we decided to narrow it down to five and relive some of the greatest parodies brought about in the form of digital shorts.

In the below list, we cover anything from the very first Andy Samberg digital short creation, "Lazy Sunday" – which features both the Brooklyn Nine-Nine star and his at-the-time SNL cast co-star Chris Parnell – to the ever-so favored "D*ck In A Box," which shows Samberg alongside friend and collaborator, the one and only Justin Timberlake.

While there are so many to choose from – and many which probably could have made their way into the top 5 – let's stop and take a look at our Top 5 SNL Digital Short Song Parodies:

5. "Jack Sparrow"

Come on, who doesn't love seeing Michael Bolton dressed up as Johnny Depp? Enough said.

4. "Motherlover"

If not for the hilarious outfits worn by Timberlake and Samberg, then we'll have to cast this vote for Susan Sarandon and Patricia Clarkson taking the time to appear as the mothers in this MILF-loving video.

3. "Creep"

Because let's face it, as long as we're not talking about us or one of our friends or one of our friends being hounded by one ... creeps are hilarious. And this one is no different.

2. "Lazy Sunday"

Who can forget the OG of Digital Shorts?

1. "D*ck in a Box"

Wait, Justin Timberlake and Andy Samberg made a song about putting their d*cks in boxes? Yes, yes, yes!
