The Chicago Bulls battle it out on the court against the Houston Rockets in Week 14 of the 2014-2015 NBA regular season on Wednesday, February 4 at 8:00 p.m. EST at the Toyota Center in Texas. Following the first few weeks of the NBA regular season, the Bulls snag the steady No. 12 spot in Marc Stein's official NBA power ranking for ESPN.com with a 30-19 winning record:

"The Bulls suffered four two-game skids in January to cap the month at a worrisome 8-9. Also at least mildly troubling: Newly minted All-Star Jimmy Butler's scoring average has declined for three successive months, from 21.9 PPG in November to 21.5 PPG in December to 17.6 PPG in January."

Meanwhile, the Rockets hold the impressive No. 8 spot with 33 wins and 15 losses. According to Stein:

"The Rockets' record since adding Josh Smith (13-8) looks a lot like the Mavericks' record since the Rajon Rondo deal. What matters most for Houston, though, is getting Dwight Howard's knee right for the postseason, with at least a month away from the court prescribed for starters."
