Little Sexy Geisha Photo: Lingerie Pulled Out of Victoria Secret After Sharp Criticism

The Sexy Little Geisha lingerie piece by America's most popular lingerie company received negative feedback since its launch.   The tiny piece is part of Asian inspired "Go East" collection of lingerie.  On the Victoria Secret website, the description for the product read, "Your ticket to an exotic adventure."

Since many people especially bloggers have blasted Victoria Secret for the "Sexy Little Geisha ," Victoria Secret has taken down its entire "Go East" collection off the website.  

It originally retailed at $98.00 USD for the one piece outfit that came along with a bow in the back, a removable obi belt, a matching fan and hair chopsticks accessories.

People blasted Victoria Secret for being racist and insensitive to the meaning and history of the geisha.  

"It's the kind of overt racism masked behind claims of inspired fashion and exploring sexual fantasy that makes my skin crawl," Nina Jacinto wrote on  her blog Racalicious.com.
