Earlier this year, Bobbi Kristina's mother, Whitney Houston died of a drug overdose at the Hilton hotel in Beverly Hills right before her performance at the Clive Davis Pre-Grammy party.  Coping with their grief, the singer's sister-in-law/manager Pat Houston and daughter Bobbi Kristina agreed to do a reality TV show back in May for the Lifetime Network. According to the Washington Post, Pat Houston, will mentor and help Bobbi Kristina deal with being in the public eye now more than ever and will experience life "unscathed."  The show was originally called, "The Houston Family Chronicles," but has been changed to "The Houstons: On Our Own," which is set to premiere October 24th.

Lifetime, recently announced that a one hour telecast special, "Remembering Whitney" will premiere on October 17th that will feature exclusive interview footage of the icon.
