'Looking' Season 2 Spoilers: Will Murray Bartlett, Jonathan Groff Survive "Joining Circle?" [WATCH]

Ahead of it's Sunday night premiere, HBO has released two all-new clips from Season 2 from Looking. Will Patrick (Jonathan Groff), Dom (Murray Bartlett), and Agustín (Frankie J. Alvarez) be able to survive the pitfalls of their fragile relationships by "joining the circle?"

As we previously mentioned, the series created by Michael Lannan revolves around the lives of three friends in San Francisco. In their own way, each one explores how the single life treats a new generation of gay men. The trio struggles to find some kind of meaning behind romance, heartaches, and hidden secrets.

In our recent recap, Patrick (Groff) discovered the hard way that his intimate relationship with his boss, Kevin (Russell Tovey), is really a scandalous affair. Agustín (Alvarez)'s downward spiral suddenly came to a halt when Eddie (Danny Franzese) resurfaced into his life. Dom (Bartlett) had a huge argument with Lynn (Scott Bakula) as their personal lives mixed with their business aspirations.

In the footage, Richie Ventura (Raúl Castillo), Patrick's ex, has returned. He has settled his differences with Agustín, and made peace with him. Can Richie and and Patrick become friends again? Or will past feelings resurface?

Alvarez teases, "And the second season is all about, "Well, I don't have to put on airs for anybody, so who am I really at my core?" And I think in getting this new job, which happens in a later episode, and exploring this friendship that becomes romantic with the Eddie character, played by Danny Franzese.
