Bobbi Kristina Brown Murder: Nick Gordon Hires Lawyer In 'Attempted Murder' Claims, Max Lomas Reveals Boyfriend's Strange Behavior

It appears that Bobbi Kristina Brown's estranged boyfriend, Nick Gordon is being questioned over the her current comatose. The daughter of the late Whitney Houston has been in ICU since her January 31 bathtub drowning, and now new reports reveal that a criminal investigation could be open with Gordon as the primary suspect.

According to TMZ, official sources say that the young reality star sustained injuries that may have led to further questioning.

The site says that the couple's mutual friend, Max Lomas arrived at their home around 9 AM and was entertained by Nick until he wandered off. Lomas says the cable guy arrived around 10 AM and needed access to the couple's master bedroom and that when Kristina was discovered face down in her tub. Reports claim Lomas screamed for Nick- who rushed in and started performing CPR.

TMZ reported, Lomas claims that Nick cleaned up blood stains in the home and now has lawyered up following further investigation.

In an interview with E!News, Bobbi Kristina's cousin, Jerod Brown tearfully addressed her medically induced coma status and says he was really looking forward to her growth in music following her mother's tragic death.

"She's excited. She was real focused. She was ecstatic about her new journey that was embarking on," Jerod said, "You could see it on Instagram when she commented on it with the fans as well. She was ready to do this and let the world see what she was working on."

As the young reality star still fights for her life at the Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, he says the doctors are unsure if she will pull through, "[Doctors] said she has been opening her eyes and it's not a good thing or a bad thing," he continues.

"However, I started a campaign called #PrayForBK. I've been reading a couple of the messages on Instagram and Twitter and some of the messages are real touching. A lot of people are sharing their own stories. Right now I'm just trying to keep my spirits up by continuing to pray for her."

KTLA 5 reporter, Nerissa Knight reported that friend of the family admitted that, "Bobbi Kristina and her husband Nick were having marital problems and that he reportedly moved out last week to live with somebody else. There are also reports that he has been banned from the hospital by the family, but the family has not commented on that."

Since then, Bobbi has been placed in a medically induced coma after she was found face down in her bathtub Saturday, January 31. Bobbi Kristina was discovered unconscious in her bathtub by her husband, Nick Gordon and their friend. Sources say the young celebrity is breathing with a ventilator machine and further tests haven't shown any progress.

Doctors say she has lost a lot of brain activity. Whitney fans were in shocked after hearing the news since the "Bodyguard" actress was found dead in her bathtub at the Beverly Hilton hotel 2012.
