Samuel L. Jackson's anti-Mitt Romney, pro-Barack Obama video "Wake the F--- Up" has hit the cyber world by storm, and the 63-year-old actor's political message to Obama supports couldn't be clearer - now's not the time to be lazy, it's time to "wake the f---- up" and take some action.
Jackson's hilarious political ad video was funded by the Jewish Council for Education and Research and is very reminiscent of Jackson's hit 2011 bedtime audio narration of Adam Mansbach's "Go the F--- to Sleep." In the video, the "Pulp Fiction" star tells his pro-Obama fans that now is not the time to get lazy in regards to the upcoming 2012 election. Check out this excerpt:
"Sorry my friends, but there's no time to snore/An out-of-touch millionaire just declared war/On school, the environment, unions, fair pay/We're all on our own if Romney has his way/And he's against safety nets, if you fall, tough luck/So I strongly suggest that you wake the f--- up."
The soon-to-be viral video stars a young, adorable girl who is concerned that her family is less motivated and excited about the current election than they were back in 2008. That's when Samuel J comes to the rescue...
Watch the ad below and beware, although edited the f-word is used - a lot (duh).
Do fans think the video will indeed wake Democrats the "f--- up?" Give Mstarz your thoughts in the comments below. And in the meantime, check out Jackson's audio prequel "Go the F---- to Sleep" (again, explicit!).
