This year marks the sixth anniversary of Chris Brown's violent interaction with ex-girlfriend, Rihanna. But emotions surrounding the highly-publicized domestic violence case still run extremely high, which made President Barack Obama's "violence against women" PSA during Sunday evening's Grammy Awards (February 8) even more intense. And several Twitter fans definitely took notice.

As MstarsNews previously reported, anticipation of an "awkward" interaction between Chrianna during the event grew online earlier this month. Apparently, RiRi did NOT want the "Loyal" crooner there:

The "Pour It Up" songstress hoped to focus all of her positive energy on her debut performance with Kanye West and Paul McCartney. No boy drama allowed!

"She has a big performance and she wants it to be her night... She doesn't want it to be dominated by everyone leaving the show talking about Chris and Rihanna in the same building. The Grammys are about the celebration of music and Rihanna has a job to do, she wants it to be drama free so she wants Chris not to be there... She will not tell him personally but feelers have been sent out that she doesn't want him there and hopefully he will listen."
