Boxer Floyd Mayweather gets a little flirtatious with his baby mama, Melissa Rene on Instagram after she shows off her shorter hairstyle following rumors of his ex-fiancé Shantel Jackson's engagement to rapper, Nelly.

The undefeated boxer's ex showed off her sexy new look and got over a thousand likes and one very special comment from her ex. Melissa teased, "He says he likes my hair short it's more sexy this way hmmm.... I just might have to leave it this way."

Mayweather responded, "I do like it shorter BABY."

Recently, the "Real Husbands of Hollywood" actor, revealed to "The Real" co-host, Tamar Braxton that he will propose to his girlfriend, Shantel in the near future.

"Yeah, more than likely in a year or so." He explained that he would take his time with the beauty before taking the plunge, "I think it's very important that you get to know one another before ... especially in this business, friendship is everything and it lasts a lot longer when you become friends first, so I think what we're doing is not trying to succumb to the pressures of what everybody else thinks our relationship should be ... and just taking our time with everything because it's been a lot. She's been through a lot, I've been through a lot."
