R&B superstar Chris Brown did NOT get attacked by a group of gang members at Meek Mill's Grammy Awards after-party. Still, several Twitter "eyewitnesses" would heatedly disagree...

@DDotOmen: "Chris brown got chased out of meek mill party, saw the n*gga hop over a fence. Mustard got in a fight too... Someone (I didn't see the gun) pulled a gun out and wanted to pop off at chris brown. I saw the commotion... Chris Brown almost got Stomp The Yard-ed bro...

@SRDtv: "Meek Mill house party was lit. Straight from there to LAX. It's been real... The ways to get out were so blocked, Breezy and his ppl had to hop the fence to get out lmao that house party was crazy... Chris Brown's statement about last night is pretty accurate. He wasn't running from anyone at Meek's party. He had to jump to gate to get out."

@TheLeanLant3rn: "Chris brown Really got dem Cail Bloods on his A$$. He Must not be Payin dem Dues."

Read more on the full story here. Apparently, the specific details were all mixed-up initially. There was a huge fight at the star-studded bash, but supposedly Breezy wasn't involved. The "Loyal" crooner finally set things straight on Instagram:

chrisbrownofficial: "Lol.. Killing these lil rumours that I got beat up last night at meek mill party. It's funny how I'm always the topic of discussion for bullsh*t. Given my prior encounters with the law I don't conduct myself like that when I go out. So no, I wasnt involved in any pistol whipping or fighting. There was an altercation between other people at the party and I observed. Me and my team left so we wouldn't have anything to do with it so the police wouldn't f*ck wit me. You know how my name pops up in everything. Lol. GOOD DAY SIR."

And the infamous TMZ supports that.

The Philly emcee's party (hosted at Justin Bieber's former LA mansion) was indeed wild. A violent altercation eventually broke-out between rival gang members... NOT involving Brown! Things got so crazy and chaotic, several partiers eventually fled the scene (including Breezy). Cops were called around 1:30 a.m. after neighbors complained about the loud music. Authorities found over 1,000 people, and it took about three hours to clear the entire thing out. The place was left a total mess. However, no arrests were made.

So there's the truth.

As for President Obama's emotional "violence against women" speech at the 2015 Grammys... Brown totally agrees with the message (despite his domestic assault against ex-girlfriend Rihanna just six years ago):

"Chris definitely thought the message was important and hopes everyone took note of it, for sure. It hit him in his gut and made him think about [his 2009 assault on Rihanna]," an alleged insider tells HollywoodLife.com. "Chris thinks the constant reminders are certainly a good thing because it helps to protect women and he hopes it will prevent men from acting out irrationally. Obviously, he knows violence of any kind is not the answer and respects the Grammys and thinks they did a nice job bringing awareness to domestic violence into the program. A big two thumbs up for them for making that happen."
