So, Nicki Minaj did not shun Cash Money Records CEO Birdman by denying him entrance to her exclusive Grammy Awards pre-party on Sunday (February 8). But #TeamWeezy's still holding strong - and now rapper Waka Flocka Flame's even hyping new Lil Wayne music!
The Atlanta emcee recently shared this viral tweet:
WakaFlockabsm: "JAY Z • KANYE WEST • LIL WAYNE • DRAKE • 50 CENT & WAKA FLOCKA #Flockaveli2 #6/1/15 #RIPKAYO."
The official Twitter announcement suggests that Flocka's highly-anticipated fourth studio album Flockaveli 2 will finally hit airwaves this June. Apparently, the record will also feature a slew of awesome collaborations, with appearances by hip-hop legends including Jay-Z, Kanye West, Drake, 50 Cent, and (of course) Weezy.
Several fans are obviously pumped:
@Tgonz__10: "ohhhh boy I'm excited I asked for it and waka flocka has delivered."
@sachalunaa: "yooooooooooooooooo."
@MirajHaque: "omg."
No fresh tunes have yet to leak online. In the meantime, here's Flocka's latest release "OVA" (featuring DJ Whoo Kid, Offset, and Cash Out):

So the release of The Carter V still remains a total mystery. But to sort of throw things back in Birdman's face, the Sorry 4 The Wait 2 hypeman promises a #FreeWeezyAlbum very soon.
@LilTunechi: "The Free Weezy Album... komin soon #FWA... Free album. Free Weezy season. The Free Weezy Album. #FWA."
Plus, there's word of a highly-anticipated Dedication 6 mixtape.
Flocka's upcoming album is a follow-up to 2010's hit release, Flockaveli (which features singles including "No Hands," "Bricksquad," and "Bang"):
But the big question remains - will Weezy leave CM for good? According to former producer Mannie Fresh, it's about that time that Wayne embarks on a new creative adventure.
Meanwhile, Flocka continues enjoying the "high life" amid his own growing success:
wakaflockabsm: "The face you make every time you wake and bake #BelieveInBrickSquad."
