Wiz Khalifa may have thrown a subliminal diss to his estranged wife, Amber Rose when he decided to take his son, Sebastian and his mother, Peachie Wimbush to the Grammys following their split in September 2014.

During the "We Dem Boyz" rapper's red carpet interview with E! News correspondent Giuliana Rancic, he introduced his only son as his date along with his mother, "We're all just having fun. I brought my mom with me as well," he said, "It's good, we're never going to get these again so I figured that I may as well bring him."

When asked about his split with the Philadelphia native, the rapper brushed off his soon-to-be ex-wife telling the reporter, "I'm doing good. I'm with my family. You see me, I'm with who's important."

There has been some tension in the Khalifa household when the "Black & Yellow" reality star tweeted about a custody issue over their 1-year-old son.

Wiz tweeted his frustrations on some parenting issues and alleged that she wouldn't let him see his son, "Sucks when people try to use that against you but the cool part is figuring out how much self-control you have." He added, "A woman who would do something to a kid to spite that kids father is a foul creature."

He said that he wasn't upset as long as his son was doing well, "As long as he's playing and smiling I'm cool. Can't be pissed when I see that handsome face."

Amber responded to the Grammy invite snub, by a positive Instagram post of their vibrant toddler in a tux, captioned, "My Pumpkin Pie Looking adorable as ever on the red carpet last night with his dad and Grandmom..... Memories and pictures he will have forever!"
