The highly anticipated Gothic, haunted house horror movie from director Guillermo de Toro, Crimson Peak, is easily one of the biggest movies hitting theaters in 2015. This week, the first trailer for the film debuted, making us all believe and fear that ghosts are real! Starring Jessica Chastain, Tom Hiddleston, Mia Wasikowska, and Charlie Hunnam, Crimson Peak could easily turn out to be the scariest movie of the year! Deemed "his ultimate masterpiece," this film has del Toro's signature style and motifs all over it, as far as we can tell from this new preview. Full of secrets, creepiness, romance and apparently ghosts, this Crimson Peak looks like it'll deliver some classic horror movie scares with a blockbuster budget.

Clearly the imagery of this mansion makes it look very haunted, which clearly sparks curiosity in the young woman, Wasikowska-but what will she discover in her searches?

At the start of the trailer, she states: "Ghosts are real. This much I know." As the footage progresses, we see that she could be right! Obviously, the mood is set for this October 16 film.
