Miley Cyrus caused quite the stir when she debuted a drastic new hairdo on Twitter earlier this summer, and now her new look has inspired a copy cat - Paris Jackson.

The daughter of Michael Jackson took to her Instagram account to show her followers a new look that is strikingly similar to the one Cyrus is currently rocking.

In the photo, Jackson's typically long locks appear much shorter, and it seems she has gotten a bob-style haircut.

Jackson later tweeted a comment that seemed directed at people who didn't like the haircut or preferred her older look.

"That awkward moment when everyone is saying no to doing the right thing...... if i want to cut my hair and donate it i'd appreciate SOME support," she wrote on Twitter.

Jackson donning Cyrus' hair style wouldn't be a surprise, as the daughter of the King of Pop had previously offered her support and admiration to Cyrus when she got negative feedback after debuting her short, platinum blonde look.

"I don't know why people keep hating on miley's new cut.. i love it !! shes being herself & shes being different & i love her for that !" Jackson tweeted on Aug. 19.

Immediately after cutting her hair, Cyrus announced she would be appearing as a guest star in the upcoming tenth season of the CBS hit sitcom "Two and a Half Men." Cyrus' character will be a love interest for the both Ashton Kutcher and Angus T. Jones' character.

"Two and a Half Men" executive producer Jim Patterson said the crew was incredibly excited to add Cyrus to the show.

"We were so excited to get Miley. If it works out, it's going to be great. She's on for two episodes right now and if things turn out well and she has fun, we'd love to have her back. ... We think it's going to be a great dynamic," Patternson said.
