CBS has added two new casting additions to this Season 4 of Person of Interest. Has Samaritan gotten stronger as Finch (Michael Emerson), and Reese (Jim Caviezel) have to protect themselves from a bounty hunter (Katheryn Winnick) and a tech genius (Aasif Mandvi)?

As we previously mentioned, Samaritan has been kidnapping civilians and experimenting on them with neural implants. We discovered Shaw (Sarah Shahi) is still alive, but she is in a hospital bed. In the room with her is the mysterious Mr. Greer, who is holding her hostage. Shaw's last line is, "If this is the afterlife, this kinda sucks."

In our recent recap, Reese and Finch were dealing with the loss of Shaw in their own way. With Root (Amy Acker) leaving the group, Team Machine has gotten even smaller. Though Reese tried to shut out Fusco (Kevin Chapman), he wouldn't give up on them; it's his choice. Reese and Finch agree to keep Fusco around, but they cannot have any new members join their crusade.

According to A.V. Club, The Daily Show correspondent will be playing a "bright but demanding tech tycoon" who "has a knack for making enemies." Mandvi will guest star on the 19th episode.

TV Line reports that the Vikings actress will play Frankie Wells, a resourceful and relentless bounty hunter. Frankie enjoys her job of chasing down bad guys, maybe a little "too much." Winnick will make her appearance in Episode 18.

Winnick also posted a snapshot on her official Instagram account. The Glades actress writes, "The amazing talent behind Person of Interest.. Thank you for a incredible ride. Women directors and writers rock! #POI #JimCaviezel"
