Lady Gaga, Taylor Kinney Engaged! Mother Monster Posts Instagram Picture: See the Diamond Ring 'Chicago Fire' Star Picked Out

Lady Gaga is going to do more than just marry the night. She's going to marry that boy, and by boy we mean her longtime boyfriend Taylor Kinney. Mother Monster and the Chicago Fire star got engaged over the Valentine's Day weekend, and she shared the news with her loyal fans on her social media sites.

The pop songstress posted a picture of the diamond ring that Kinney surprised her with on her Instagram page, earlier today. In the picture, Taylor holds Gaga's newly bling out hand in his palm, as they show off the gorgeous heart-shaped diamond ring to the camera.

The ever-changing fame illusionist cleverly captioned the picture, "He gave me his heart on Valentine's Day, and I said YES!"

The ring suits the Artpop singer beautifully; you didn't expect her to have an ordinary engagement ring, did you?

According to People, Gaga and Kinney headed to The Fame singer's family's restaurant, Joanne's Trattoria, on the Upper East Side in New York City to show off the ring after Taylor popped the question on Saturday night.

A fellow diner, Barry Lewis, who was celebrating the holiday at the restaurant with his wife told Times Herald-Record that he overheard Gaga talking about the engagement while showing off her new diamond.

"I heard the singer say 'It was time' as she flashed the ring around," the eyewitness explained to the news outlet.

In honor of the moment, Joe Germanotta, Gaga's father, opened up a bottle of champagne to toast to the celebration.

Gaga also told Howard Stern at the end of last year that she knew Taylor was the one for her.

"I really can't imagine being with anyone other than who I'm with right now," the singer told the radio host. "He is the right guy. I have that feeling. I just know it."
