Do some critics still hold beef with Lady Gaga due to her recent weight gain? Well that's not going to stop the Mother Monster, whose recent meat-themed concert in Belgium culminated with the 26-year-old songstress (clad in one meaty outfit) plunging herself headfirst into an onstage meat grinder prop - subliminally suggesting that popular media's perception of women's bodies as "meat" is just downright wrong and disturbing. So the "Born this Way" star confronts controversy surrounding her weight while sending out a moral message to fans and critics while still maintaining a "wowing" entertainment factor - that's Gaga for you!

Lady Gaga - flaunting a meat-inspired mini-dress and red, beefy shoes to match - took to the stage in Antwerpen, Belgium on Sept. 29. While performing her hit "Poker Face," backup dancers dragged an oversized meat grinder prop out front-and-center for the Mother Monster to take full advantage of... check it out:

Along with the meat grinder, Gaga performed part of the show while lounging on a couch made of hulking meat, surrounded by meat-clad dancers.

Do fans think this is a witty response to some critics' reactions to Gaga's recent weight gain? The "You and I" star admitted a few weeks back that she has gained approximately 25 pounds (thanks to her love for Italian food). Since then, Gaga has made it her mission to inspire all individuals to embrace their bodies, "imperfections" and all. Her "Body Revolution" campaign has become a huge success on her fan website. Either way - whether the meat grinder stint was a jab at critics or just Gaga being Gaga - Mother Monster, Little Monsters salute you!
