Apparently, Mill's "wandering eye" got a little out-of-control in Philly just last weekend. After the hip-hop gig, Mill was supposed to chill with Minaj back in New York while she promoted the city's annual Fashion Week. But instead, he stayed in Philadelphia to party with his boys... and ultimately hooked-up with a sexy exotic dancer named Lira "Galore" Mercer:
