Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer can't get a break these days after her marriage to husband Jeremy Calvert has been in shambles for months due to a cheating scandal. Now, the MTV star is being taken to task for letting her daughters dress provocatively for a dance routine.

"They are being pushed to dress sexy," Dr. Judy Kuriansky told Radar Online.

"The fit and level of exposure is inappropriate for pre-adolescent girls. It seems the dance teachers are trying to garner attention."

Not only does the 31 Things to Raise a Child's Self-Esteem author criticize the reality mom for her daughters' outfits, but she also rails about how Leah's twins are posing for photos.

"[Aleeah is] sticking her stomach out and tilting her head, while Ali looks like a shy little girl," she said. "There will likely be sibling rivalry down the line."

As MStars News reported, this latest jab at the MTV mom's parenting skills will only fuel the fire for her ongoing custody battle with ex-husband Corey Simms.

The mother-of-three recently took a drug test to determine if she would be fit to take care of her twin daughters. Luckily for her, she passed.

"She was a nervous wreck," a source told In Touch Weekly. "When the results came back, she was ecstatic. There's no way in hell she would ever give Corey and [his current wife] Miranda primary custody of the girls."

After going to court, Corey was given an extra night with the twins during the week. He will now have them for three nights a week, while Leah will have them for four. This nightmare had changed the reality mom's outlook for the future.

"She's telling everyone she's determined to make a complete turnaround," another source told the mag. "She says she's ready to clean up the wreckage from her past."

Do you think Ali and Aleeah are dressed too sexy for 5-year-olds? If so, is Leah to blame?
