Britney Spears cries during The X-Factor auditions. During the second round of boot camp last night, Spears choked up after 15-year-old Jordan Shane messed up and ran off stage. The cameras immediately turned to Spears. The singer tried to keep her composure and was heard telling L.A. Reid, "I don't like that she's crying. It makes me want to cry that she's crying. I don't want to cry." This isn't the first time the star had gotten emotional during the auditions. As L.A. Reid turned to her and said, "you already are," as he put his arms around her and comforted her.

Recently, Spears freaked out after a thunder storm roared over the stadium. Spears said:

"Oh my god! That [expletive] is scary as [expletive]!" Then the star apologized to Demi for spitting all over her, "I spit all over you, I'm sorry...We need to get outta here", she told Demi.

During the auditions, 60 contestants had to go head-to-head in the battle rounds. Some contestants acted like they didn't know the songs they used against their opponents and outshined them on stage. A lot of contenders began to forget their lyrics and started to have meltdowns on stage. Admitting at the failure of the test, X-Factor judge, Simon Cowell said, "It's a nightmare, this task."

Pervious to the showdowns, Cowell warned the contestants, "this task forget about friendships, forget about nerves, it's one on one. By the end of this task there will only be 24 acts left in this competition. This challenge is actually very simple - just be better than your opponent."

Compared to Spears, Cowell didn't refused to show any empathy. When 21-year old Nick Youngerman forgot his words, he panicked and said, "I can't remember the freaking words. Oh, my God.' Often times, Cowell looked disgusted and dismissed contestant right away.
